Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na muže, kteří se stali otci a kteří měli možnost čerpat otcovskou dovolenou. Teoretická část definuje pojmy související s daným tématem, dále dávky související s finančním zabezpečením rodičů a otcovskou poporodní péči v České republice. The Diploma Thesis is focused on men who became fathers and who had the opportunity to draw paternity leave. The theoretical part analyses terms related to the given theme, financial benefits in maternity and parental allowance and paternal postpartum care in the Czech Republic.
