The Use of Vehicle with Technical Equipment at a Fire Station Type P2 at the FRS of the Pilsen region

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá možnostmi a efektivitou využití technického automobilu na stanici typu P2. Hodnocení probíhá v rámci Hasičského záchranného sboru Plzeňského kraje s tím, že všeobecně lze aplikovat i na Hasičský záchranný sbor ČR jako celek. V první části práce je shrnuta související terminologie a definice některých pojmů i v souvislosti s legislativními požadavky. Dále se práce zabývá statistikou zásahovosti. S využitím programu Krajské statistické sledování událostí jsou v práci hodnocena data reálného nasazování technického automobilu u stanic typu P2 a porovnána s celkovými statistickými údaji četnosti zásahů u stanic typu P2 v rámci Hasičského záchranného sboru Plzeňského kraje. Další část práce vychází z rozhovorů s lidmi, kteří již na svých stanicích mají technický automobil nasazen. V předposlední kapitole je dle získaných poznatků výčet typů událostí, u kterého by mohl být technický automobil ze stanic typu P2 nasazován. V samotném závěru práce je na základě informací z předchozích částí navržen vhodný typ technického automobilu – podvozek a vybavení tak, aby jeho užitná hodnota byla co nejvyšší.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the possibilities and effectiveness of utilizing a technical vehicle at a type P2 station. The evaluation is conducted within the Fire Rescue Service of the Pilsen region, with the general findings also applicable to the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic as a whole. The first part of the thesis summarizes related terminology and definitions of certain terms, also in relation to legislative requirements. The thesis further deals with intervention frequency statistics. Utilizing the Regional Statistical Monitoring of Events program, the thesis assesses data on the real deployment of technical vehicles at type P2 stations and compares it with the overall statistical data on intervention frequencies at type P2 stations within the Fire Rescue Service of Pilsen region. The next part of the thesis is based on interviews with people who already have technical vehicles deployed at their stations. In the next chapter, based on the findings, a list of event types is provided where the technical vehicle from type P2 stations could be deployed. In the final part of the thesis, based on information from previous sections, a suitable type of technical vehicle—chassis and equipment—is proposed so that its utility value is maximized.
