Bakalářská práce se zabývá dopady procesů rezidenční suburbanizace na obec Hovorčovice. Jelikož od roku 2001 zde dochází k velkému přírůstku obyvatel a rozsáhlé bytové výstavbě, tak to s sebou nese mnoho negativních důsledků. The bachelor thesis deals with the impact of residential suburbanization processes on the village of Hovorčovice. As there has been a large increase in population and large housing developments since 2001, this has many negative consequences.
