Bakalářská práce zjišťuje zkušenosti žen při porodu prvního dítěte. Teoretická část obsahuje informace o fyziologických změnách během těhotenství a u porodu. Analyzuje nejčastější komplikace vyskytující se u těhotných ve vyšším věku. Snaží se poskytnout informace o výhodách či nevýhodách těhotenství ve vyšším věku. Bachelor thesis investigates experiences of women during the first child delivery. The information contained in the theoretic section describe physiological changes during gravidity and delivery. It is analysed the most frequent complication, which could be found in higher age of the pregnant woman.
