Abstract:

V bakalářské práci „Vlastnictví bytů a katastr nemovitostí“ jsem se věnovala ustanovením platného zákona č. 72/1994 Sb., kterým se upravují některé spoluvlastnické vztahy k budovám a některé vlastnické vztahy k bytům a nebytovým prostorům a doplňují některé zákony. Jedná se především o zákon č. 344/1992 Sb., o katastru nemovitostí; o zákon č. 265/1992 Sb., o zápisech vlastnických a jiných věcných práv k nemovitostem a o Vyhlášku č. 26/2007, kterou se provádí výše uvedené zákony. Vymezila jsem základní pojmy zákona a věnovala jsem se problémům, které jsou spojeny se vznikem, změnou práv a povinností a zánikem bytového vlastnictví se zaměřením na jejich evidenci v katastru nemovitostí. Práce jsem doplnila judikaturou a příklady z praxe ve vztahu k vlastnictví bytu.

Abstract:

In my bachelor’s work, “The Ownership of Apartments and the Registry of Property (Katastr nemovitosti), I have given attention to the provisions of applicable Law No. 72/1994 Sb., which sets out the relationships of joint ownership to buildings and certain ownership relationships to housing and non-residential premises and complies with certain laws.It deals especially with Act No. 344/1992 Coll. about the Registry of Property, about Act No. 265/1992 Coll., about the records of property and other long-standing rights for property, and about Decree No. 26/2007, which implements the aforementioned laws. I have defined the basic concepts of the law and given attention to problems, which are associated with the appearance, change of rights and responsibilities, and the disappearance of residential property ownership, with a focus on their registration in the Registration of Property. I completed the work by examples of case law and examples from practice in relationship to apartment ownership.
