Cílem magisterské diplomové práce je přiblížit veřejnosti osobnost Jaromíra Dlouhého. Tento současný hudební skladatel, organizátor hudebního života a hudební nakladatel v průběhu života působil jako pianista ve swingových orchestrech a aranžoval i skládal populární taneční skladby.
