Corruption and the Social crisis

Abstract:

Škodlivost korupčního jednání je zejména v poslední době probírána v nejrůznějších společenských vrstvách ve vztahu k veškerým spektrům sociálních postavení. O to více je v očích naší společnosti pečlivě sledováno jakékoliv výše uvedené jednání, pokud je v něm zainteresován příslušník Policie České republiky. Prvotním šetřením této diplomové práce, bylo zjistit počet prověřovaného korupčního jednání ze strany příslušníků Policie České republiky. Zjištěné data byly následně zakomponovány do teoretické části této diplomové práce, společně s pojmy a vysvětlením korupce a další situace, které s korupčním jednáním souvisí. Dále je zde stručně popsán pojem krize a s tím související sociální krize, zejména ve vztahu k příslušníkům Policie ČR. Samotný výzkum byl realizován mezi příslušníky ostravské Policie České republiky formou dotazníkového šetření, kterého se zúčastnilo celkem 170 respondentů. Výsledkem bylo prokázáno, že snížením platů u příslušníků Policie České republiky o 10% k 01.01.2011; přičemž do konce roku 2013 nedošlo ani k dorovnání platů na původní hodnoty, přináší policistům nemalé finanční potíže a u těchto lidí vzrůstá ve větší míře riziko, že se mohou v budoucnu stát buď přímými pachateli anebo spolupachateli některé z forem korupčního jednání.

Abstract:

Nowadays, the noxiousness of corruption is very often discussed in the society in regard to various social groups. In case there is a member of the Police of the Czech Republic involved, the more is such behaviour monitored in our society. The primary investigation of this thesis was to determine quantity of proven corrupt conduct by members of the Police of the Czech Republic. Identified data were subsequently incorporated to theoretical part of this thesis , together with concepts and explanation of corruption and other situations which with corrupt conduct related. Next , there is also concisely described concept crisis and related social crisis , particularly in relation to members of the Police ČR. The research was conducted among Ostrava member of the Police of the Czech Republic. A total of 170 respondents participated in the survey. The result has been shown that reducing the salaries of members of the Police of the Czech Republic on 01.01.2011 by 10% whereas to the end of the year 2013 , there were no match for salaries to their original values, it brings considerable financial difficulties for police officers and for these people it increases in greater level of risk that they may in the future become either direct perpetrators or accomplices in some form of corrupt conduct.
