Wedding Tourism as a Specific Form of Tourism

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit význam svatebního turismu jako specifické formy cestovního ruchu. Prvním dílčím cílem této práce je zjistit, zda jsou svatby organizované více v zahraničí nebo v rodné zemi v České republice. Druhým dílčím cílem je zjistit, jaká je na trhu nabídka svatebních balíčků cestovních kanceláří pro svatbu v zahraničí. Tento druh cestovního ruchu se neustále rozvíjí a zdokonaluje. Dnes jsou svatby v zahraničí mnohem více dostupnější, než tomu bývalo dříve. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na tři části: teoretickou, analytickou a návrhovou. Teoretická část práce popisuje cestovní ruch, svatební cestovní ruch a podmínky k uzavření manželství a registrovaného partnerství v České republice a zahraničí a jejich právní úpravu. Dále je v této kapitole vymezena předmanželská smlouva a druhy obřadů v České republice. Analytická část práce se věnuje svatebním místům v České republice, která se umístila na prvních třech místech ve veřejném hlasování a jsou označována jako Svatební místa roku 2020. Dále je analytická část práce věnována dotazníkovému šetření, který byl položen Svatebním místům roku 2020 a dotazníkovému šetření, který byl položen respondentům, kteří již svatbu měli. V závěru analytické části práce jsou vypsány svatební balíčky svatební cestovní kanceláře YachtWedding a podmínky pro svatbu v Las Vegas. Návrhová část práce se věnuje návrhům, které se zaměřují na zlepšení a rozšíření svatebního cestovního ruchu.

Abstract:

The main aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the importance of wedding tourism as a specific form of tourism. The first partial goal of this theses is to find out whether weddings are organized more abroad or in the native country in the Czech Republic. The second partial goal is to find out what is the offer of wedding packages by travel agencies for wedding abroad in the market. This type of tourism is constantly developing and improving. Today, weddings abroad are much more affordable than they used to be. The bachelor thesis is divided into three parts: the theoretical, analytical and draft part. The theoretical part of this thesis describes tourism, wedding tourism and conditions for marriage and registered partnership in the Czech Republic and abroad and their legal regulation. This chapter also defines the prenuptial agreement and types of wedding ceremonies in the Czech Republic. The analytical part of this thesis is devoted to the wedding venues in the Czech Republic, which were placed in the first three places in the public vote and are referred to as Wedding Venues of the year 2020. The analytical part of this this thesis is also devoted to the questionnaire survey, which was asked to Wedding Venues of the year 2020 and the questionnaire survey, which was asked to respondents who had already been married. At the end of the analytical part of this thesis are described wedding packages of the wedding travel agency YachtWedding and conditions for the wedding in Las Vegas. The draft part of the thesis is devoted to proposals that focus on the improvement and development of wedding tourism.
