Reservation system ARES-3 providing sales of reservations in Czech Railways, Ltd. trains and other foreign railways
Abstract:
Tato práce je zaměřená na vysvětlení specifického informačního systému Českých drah, a.s. označovaného jako ARES-3, který zajištuje prodej rezervací. Cílem práce je seznámení se systémem, vysvětlení principu prodeje rezervací z hlediska cestujících. Závěr práce shrnuje výsledky dosažené v analýze a příslušná doporučení.
Abstract:
This thesis is focused on the explanation of the specific information system of Czech Railways known as ARES-3, which provides sales reservations. The main point of my thesis is familiar with the system, explaining the principal sales reservations in terms of passengers. The conclusion of the thesis sums up the results of the analysis and recommendations.
