This diploma thesis is aimed at evaluating the current state and performance of Hoppe s.r.o. Chomutov using the Balanced Scorecard concept. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the concept of performance, including individual indicators and describes in detail the methodology of the Balanced Scorecard model.
