Abstract:

Statistika bývá často součástí některých matematických a statistických prací či úloh. Především se využívá při práci s reálnými daty, tedy v běžném životě. V takovém případě dokáže správná statistická analýza ušetřit čas, peníze nebo třeba odhadnout budoucí vývoj. A to je právě snahou a významem této bakalářské práce. Nejprve vystihnout všechny nejdůležitější statistické ukazatele a pojmy, které jsou vyjádřeny pomocí vzorců a definic. Na jednoduchých pomocných příkladech znázornit jejich užití. Následně pak poukázat na práci s reálnými daty a na zveřejnění reálných statistických výsledků pomocí tabulek a grafů. Konečným konceptem a výsledkem této bakalářské práce jsou tedy teoretické základy a pojmy z oblasti statistiky. Následující praktická část se zabývá hospodařením města Strakonice, a to především jejich příjmy a výdaji za několik posledních let. V samotném závěru je tedy konečné zhodnocení a celková rozvaha z vytvořených tabulek, grafů a výpočtů z reálných dat města Strakonice, které byly zhotoveny na základě teoretických znalostí.

Abstract:

Statistics often forms part of some mathematical and statistical works or tasks. It is particularly used when working with real data; that is in real life. In such case, a correct statistical analysis may save time, money or possibly estimate future development. And this is the main aim and intent of this Bachelor’s Thesis. Firstly, the thesis intends to specify all most important statistical indexes and terms defined by means of formulas and definitions and to demonstrate their use on simple examples. Additionally, it will bring attention to working with real data and to publishing real statistic results using charts and graphs. Therefore, the final concept and outcome of the present thesis includes theoretical grounds and terms from the field of statistics. The following practical part deals with financial management of the Town of Strakonice, in particular the incomes and expenses for the last several years. The conclusion provides final evaluation and overall balance using tables, graphs and calculations based on real data of the Strakonice town which were created on the basis of theoretical knowledge.
