Comprehensive insurance of vehicles in the Czech Republic after 2000 from the point of view of a brokerage company

Abstract:

Ve své diplomové práci se budu věnovat zhodnocení pojistného trhu v České republice z pohledu makléřské společnosti v souvislosti s pojištěním motorových vozidel. V první části se zaměřím na historii a právní úpravu odpovědnostního pojištění a havarijního pojištění včetně uvedení kritérií pro stanovení výše základního pojistného za jednotlivá pojistná rizika. V další části definuji odpovědnostní pojištění, havarijní pojištění, další druhy doplňkového připojištění, které uvedení pojistitelé nabízejí. V praktické části se zaměřím na optimalizaci pojištění motorových vozidel na modelovém případu, kde popíši průběh komunikace s klientem z pozice pojišťovacího makléře včetně identifikace jeho požadavků a potřeb pro vypracování nabídek pojištění. Následně na základě předložených nabídek klientovi doporučím využití nabídky pojištění od pojistitele, který bude nejlépe odpovídat jeho potřebám a požadavkům.

Abstract:

In my diploma thesis I will focus on evaluation of the insurance market in the Czech Republic from the point of view of the brokerage company in connection with the insurance of motor vehicles. In the first part I will focus on the history and legal regulations of liability insurance and accident insurance, including the criteria for determining the amount of basic premium for individual insurance risks. In the next part I define liability insurance, emergency insurance, other types of supplementary insurance that the insurers offer. In the practical part I will focus on the optimization of motor vehicle insurance on a model case where I describe the course of communication with the client from the position of the insurance broker, including identification of his requirements and needs for the preparation of insurance offers. Subsequently, based on the submitted offers, the client recommends using the insurance offer from the insurer, which will best suit his needs and requirements.
