Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o tendenci návratu k přirozenému porodu v nemocničních zařízeních. V prvních kapitolách teoretické části shrnuji informace, které popisují roli psychoprofylaxe v těhotenství. V dalších kapitolách zachycuji hlavní diskutované myšlenky lékařsky vedeného porodu a filosofii přirozeného porodu. V poslední části teorie se věnuji krátkému shrnutí informací ohledně porodů mimo nemocniční zařízení. V praktické části zaměřené na kvalitativní výzkumné šetření metodou tří rozhovorů analyzuji rozdílné tendence ve třech zdravotnických zařízeních. Své šetření jsem vztahovala k profesi porodní asistentky.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis discusses the increased practice of natural births in hospitals. In the first chapters of the theoretical section I summarize the role of psychoprophylaxis during pregnancy. In the following chapters I summarize the main ideas of medically controlled birth and the philosophy of natural childbirth. The last chapters are devoted to births outside of a hospital. The practical section focuses on the qualitative research through the process of three interviews. I analyze the practices of three different health care facilities. I focus my investigation to the profession of a midwife.
