Preparation of documents for the management of the continuity of selected activities in the hospital

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá legislativními a normativními požadavky na přípravu analytických dokumentů pro řízení kontinuity činností v nemocnici v případě napadení škodlivým kódem. Práce se zaměřuje na přípravu Business impact analýzy (BIA) pro dvě vybrané typové pracoviště v nemocnici – ARO a centrální operační sály. Práce obsahuje návrh organizačních a technických opatření pro řízení kontinuity s využitím typového havarijního plánu NÚKIB pro oblast ransomware. Tato opatření jsou konkretizována principy metody what-if do ICT plánu kontinuity nemocnice při napadení škodlivým kódem.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis summarizes the legislative and normative requirements for preparing analytical documents for managing business continuity in hospitals in case of a malware attack. The thesis focuses on the preparation of a Business Impact Analysis (BIA) for two selected departments in the hospital - the Intensive Care Unit and the Central Operating Rooms. The work includes a proposal for organizational and technical measures for managing continuity, using the NÚKIB's ransomware contingency plan as a template. These measures are concretized based on what-if method in the ICT continuity plan of the hospital in case of a malware attack.
