Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na daň z nemovitých věcí a jakým způsobem obce mohou tento příjem do svého rozpočtu ovlivnit. V úvodních kapitolách je popisována daň, daňový systém v České republice a daň z nemovitých věcí. The diploma thesis focuses on real estate tax and how municipalities can influence this income in their budget.
