Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se věnuje podrobné analýze sporu o prvky vzácných zemin (DS431, DS432 a DS433), od jeho úplného počátku až po aktuální situaci. Charakterizuje prvky vzácných zemin, jejich význam a použití. Popisuje exportní a importní situaci stěžujících si států i odpůrce. Vysvětluje principy fungování urovnávání sporů ve WTO a význam řešení sporů na půdě WTO pro mnohostranný obchodní systém.
Abstract:
This bachelor's thesis is focused on a detailed analysis of a trade dispute on rare earth elements (DS431, DS432 and DS433) from its beginning, to the current situation. The work characterizes the rare earth elements, their significance and use. It describes the import and export situation of complaining countries and the respondent country.
