Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou a srovnáním specifických dielektrických vlastností a chemické struktury slunečnicového, řepkového a běžně užívaného transformátorového minerálního oleje. Měřené rostlinné oleje jsou z chemického hlediska směsí glycerinů, esterů a nenasycených mastných kyselin. Abstract:
The presented bachelor thesis deals with analysis and comparison of the specific dielectric properties and chemical structure of sunflower, rapeseed and commonly used transformer mineral oil. The measured vegetable oils are a mixture of glycerides, esters and unsaturated fatty acids from the chemical point of view.
