Methods of in vitro thrombolysis study
Abstract:
I přesto, že je trombolytická terapie využívána pro léčbu celé řady závažných onemocnění, jako je akutní infarkt myokardu, plicní embolie a cévní mozková příhoda, je její účinnost omezená. Pro zvýšení efektivity jsou vyvíjena nová trombolytika a další léčebné postupy, které jsou v rámci základního výzkumu testovány na in vitro systémech. Abstract:
Although thrombolytic therapy is applied to treat a number of serious diseases, such as acute myocardial infarction, pulmonary embolism and acute ischemic stroke, its effectiveness is limited. In order to increase the effectiveness, new thrombolytics and other treatment approaches are being developer. These approaches are tested by means of in vitro systems at the level of basic research.
