Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá trestným činem a jeho pojetím. Práce vychází jak z teoretických poznatků, tak z rozhodovací praxe českých soudů. Hlavní pozornost je věnována současné úpravě pojetí trestného činu v zákoně č. 40/2009 Sb., trestním zákoníku a promítnutí této úpravy v judikatuře českých soudů. The thesis deals with a crime and its concept. The thesis is based on theoretic knowledge as well as practice of the Czech courts. The main attention is paid to current regulation of the concept of crime in Law No. 40/2009 Sb., Criminal Code and its reflection in Czech courts´ jurisprudence.
