Development of voltametric method of determination of antioxidant 2-tert-butylphenol
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vypracováním voltametrické metody stanovení antioxidantu 2-terc-butylfeolu. K analýze vybraných vzorků byla zvolena lineární voltametrie s tříelektrodovým uspořádáním. Elektrochemický článek byl tvořen indikační zlatou elektrodou, referenční argentchloridovou elektrodou a pomocnou platinovou elektrodou. Vytvořená metoda byla použita na praktické vzorky olejů.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis is disposed to draw up voltametric method of determination antioxidant 2-tert-butylphenol. For analyse of chosen samples was used linear voltametry with three-electrodes ordering. Electrochemical cell was constituted by designating gold electrode, referential argent-chloride electrode and auxiliary platinum electrod.
