The thesis on the theme "The Business Plan of a Cafe Place" is prepared as a real basis for the establishment of an original Low Carb café. The work is divided into three parts. The first part deals with theoretical starting points in order to describe the basic concepts that the entrepreneur encounters in the creation of the business plan.
