Piracy in the Gulf of Aden under international law
Abstract:
Předkládaná bakalářská práce se věnuje somálskému pirátství z pohledu mezinárodního práva. Její součástí je analýza právních dokumentů týkajících se této problematiky. Práce se stručně zabývá také historickým kontextem a aktuálním vývojem pirátství v oblasti Adenského zálivu.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the problem of piracy from the perspective of international law. It analyses current legal framework that concerns itself with this problem. The thesis covers also the historical context and the attention is also given to current state of piracy in the Gulf of Aden.
