This bachelor thesis is focused on wine tourism in the region of Southern Moravia as a specific touristic area. In the first chapter we describe wine-growing history, in the second chapter we describe wine production and classification. Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vinařskou turistiku na jižní Moravě jako na specifickou oblast cestovního ruchu. V první kapitole se zaměříme na historii vinařství, ve druhé pak na výrobu a klasifikaci vín. Třetí část je věnována vinařské turistice, jednotlivým vinařským podoblastem a trasám, dále pak certifikaci služeb. Čtvrtá část se zaměřuje na významné vinařské akce.
