Abstract:
Stanovení aminokyselin pomocí kapilární elektroforézy s fluorescenční detekcí je výhodné z několika důvodů. Zaprvé se jedná o velice senzitivní metodu, která vykazuje nízké limity detekce a vysokou specifitu. Abstract:
A capillary electrophoresis coupled with fluorescence detection is a powerful and sensitive technique for determination of amino acids. It shows low limits of detection and a high specificity. Moreover, the use of the capillary electrophoresis allows an analysis of very small amounts of sample.
