Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou průmyslových podniků na okraji města z pohledu komunikace, krizové komunikace, sponzoringu. Pro tuto analýzu jsem si zvolila dva stěžejní průmyslové podniky působící v našem regionu a to Unipetrol, a.s. a Czech Coal a.s. Dále budu zjišťovat, jejich postoj k životnímu prostředí a jak jsou vnímány veřejností. Má práce se dělí na dvě části - teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsem se zaměřila na charakteristiku těchto podniků, způsoby komunikace a krizové komunikace, oblasti sponzoringu a celkový přístup těchto podniků k ochraně životního prostředí. Praktickou část jsem zaměřila na průzkum veřejného mínění. Zde jsem chtěla zjistit, jak jsou tyto podniky vnímány jednak lidmi žijícími v našem regionu, ale i starosty měst a obcí z jejich okolí. V závěru vyhodnotím všechny své poznatky získané psaním této práce a potvrdím či vyvrátím své hypotézy.

Abstract:

This Bachelor work occupies with the analysis of the industrial enterprises on the periphery of the town from the point of view of communication, crisis communication, sponsoring. For this analysis I chose two main firms working in our region - they are Unipetrol, a.s. and Czech Coal a.s. Next I will find out their attitude to the environment and how they are perceive by the public. My work is divided into two parts - theoretical part and practical one. In the theoretical part I focused on the characteristic of this enterprises, the way of their communication and crisis communication, sponsoring areas and their general approach to the environmental protection. The practical part was concentrated on the public opinion survey. Here I wanted to learn how are these firms accepted by people living in our district on the one hand and by mayors of the cities and villages from their surroundings on the other. Finally I will evaluate all my findings getting by writing this Bachelor work and I will prove or disprove my hypothesis.
