Cílem této diplomové práce je přednést ucelený přehled o změnách vlastnictví nemovitostí v Československu v letech 1919 -1960. V každém období, kterému se tato práce věnuje, bylo záměrně zasahováno do vlastnického práva k nemovitostem. Po první části o první pozemkové reformě se práce věnuje změnám vlastnických vztahů v období Protektorátu Čechy a Morava a arizaci židovského majetku. Následuje přehled …more

The objective of this thesis is to present a comprehensive view of changes in ownership rights of real estate in Czechoslovakia in the period between 1919 and 1960. In each period presented in this work state was trying to eliminate private ownership of real estate properties.
