Anotácia:

Bakalářská práce s názvem „Uplatnění matek dětí se speciálními potřebami na trhu práce“ se zabývá problematikou matek pečujících o dítě se speciálními potřebami, jejich uplatněním na trhu práce. Teoretickou část tvoří dvě kapitoly. První kapitola definuje jedince se speciálními potřebami a popisuje specifickou situaci rodiny s dítětem s postižením. Druhá kapitola se zabývá trhem práce a zaměstnaností, přibližuje několikanásobné znevýhodnění matek dětí se speciálními potřebami na trhu práce a nabízí řešení formou alternativních pracovních vztahů. V empirické části jsou analyzovány rozhovory se třiceti matkami dětí se speciálními potřebami a výsledky kvalitativního výzkumného šetření jsou shrnuty v závěrečné interpretaci.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis called Mothers of children with special needs and their integration into labour market deals with the issue of mothers who take care of children with special needs and their opportunities in the labour market. Theoretical part consists of two chapters. The first of them defines individuals with special needs and describes the specific situation of families with a disabled child. The second chapter then deals with a theme of labour market and employment. It also draws nearer multiply disadvantage of mothers with handicapped children in the labour market and provides with solution in the form of alternative working relations. Empirical part is based on analysis of thirty interviews with mothers of children with special needs. Results of qualitative research are summarized in the final interpretation.
