Selected aspects of communication on Internet advisory forums on the example of DIGITAL FERNSEHEN

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the problem of consulting in internet forums. I have set myself the goal of presenting and analysing communication in advisory sections of the DIGITAL FERNSEHEN forum, based on 5 selected discussions. This is done on the content and stylistic level with focus on graphic elements. Another aim of the work is the detailed description of the chosen forum. Its visual, functional and also statistical side is analysed. After the theoretical anchoring, I explain the methodology based on the textual analyses of Malá and Wolf. The empirical part is followed by the analysis of the forum and the discussions. At the end I present the gained knowledge in the form of the characteristics typical for the communication in this forum.

Abstract:

Diese Bachelorarbeit beschäftigt sich mit der Problematik der Beratung in Internetforen. Ich habe mich zum Ziel gesetzt, die Kommunikation in Beratungssektionen des Forums DIGITAL FERNSEHEN vorzustellen und zu analysieren, und zwar anhand von 5 gewählten Diskussionen. Dies erfolgt auf der inhaltlichen und stilistischen Ebene mit Schwerpunkt auf graphische Mittel. Ein anderes Ziel der Arbeit besteht in der ausführlichen Beschreibung des gewählten Forums. Analysiert wird seine visuelle, funktionale und auch statistische Seite. Nach der theoretischen Verankerung erkläre ich die Methodik, die auf den Textanalysen von Malá und Wolf basiert. Im empirischen Teil folgt die Analyse des Forums und der Diskussionen. Am Ende präsentiere ich die gewonnenen Erkenntnisse in Form der für die Kommunikation in diesem Forum typischen Merkmale.
