Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je problematika vybalancování výrobní linky pro výrobu palivových trubek v podniku zadavatele práce. Práce se věnuje problematice štíhlé výroby a metodám měření spotřeby času pracovní činnosti, které napomáhají zvyšování produktivity. Práce analyzuje pracoviště, mapuje vytíženost výrobní linky v původním stavu a následně po změnách plynoucích z analýzy a mapování pracoviště.Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is the issue of balancing the production line for the production of fuel pipes in the company of the client. The work is devoted to the issue of lean production and methods of measuring the consumption of working time, which help increase productivity.
