Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá analýzou požiadaviek na podporu CRM procesov v niekoľkých spoločnostiach a identifikáciou ich spoločného prieniku. Na základe tejto analýzy pre každý podnik uvádza riešenie systému pomocou diagramov použitia. Požiadavky podnikov porovnáva s ponukou CRM systémov na trhu a vyhodnocuje vhodnosť týchto riešení.
