Investigation of optical properties of quantum dots
Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se věnujeme experimentálnímu studiu fotoluminiscence kvantových teček, které také v případě teplotních měření porovnáváme s teoretickými výpočty. Kvantové tečky, které zkoumáme jsou GaAs/Al_0,4Ga_0,6As QDs, připraveny metodou epitaxe MBE na Univerzitě Johanse Keplera v Linci v Rakousku ve skupině prof. Abstract:
In this thesis we study the photoluminescence of quantum dots and compare the results with theoretical calculations for temperature dependent measurements. Measured quantum dots are GaAs/Al_0,4Ga_0,6As dots prepared by Molecular beam epitaxy at the Johannes Kepler University in Linz in Austria in the team of professor Armando Rastelli, and two colloidal CdSe/ZnS quantum dot samples prepared by colloidal …more
