Intergenerational solidarity - what does it mean for students who are studying social work?

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma "Mezigenerační solidarita - co znamená pro studující obor Sociální práce?" se skládá ze dvou částí. První část práce je věnovaná solidaritě, jejím formám, druhům a historii. Druhá část se zabývá specifičtější formou solidarity a to mezigenerační solidaritou. Závěr této práce se zabývá návrhem na výzkum, neboť se jedná o práci teoreticko - aplikační. Cílem teoretické práce je nastínit základní informace o solidaritě, především o jejích definicích, druzích, formách, historii a vztahem mezi mladší a starší generací. Teoretická část navazuje na praktický návrh kvantitativního výzkumu. Cíl aplikační části je navrhnout výzkum, který bude schopen ověřit pracovní hypotézy.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis covers the topic: "Intergenerational solidarity" particularly how it applies to students who are studying social work. This work consists of two parts. The first part is devoted to defining solidarity, its forms, species and history. The second part deals with a more specific form of solidarity namely intergenerational solidarity. This thesis concludes with suggestions about how theoretical knowledge can be applied practically. The aim of the theoretical work is to outline basic information about solidarity, especially its definitions, kinds, forms, history and the relationship between younger and older generations. The theoretical part is followed by the practical proposal of quantitative research. The aim of the application part is to design a research that will be able to verify working hypotheses.
