The Journey Therapy - method to uncover repressed emotions in the prevention of pathological addictions

Abstract:

This work is devoted to uncover opportunities and to release suppressed emotions using The Journey therapy in the prevention of pathological addictions. We deal with the characteristics and neuroanatomy of emotions, emotional intelligence, the issue of pathological addictions and drugs. We are focusing on individual degree of addiction prevention, emotionally oriented psychotherapy and therapeutic approach. Research saving therapeutic processes by The Journey, focusing on the issues of addiction, in this work we will determine whether the method The Journey can detect and freeing deeply hidden, repressed emotions, which act as a "trigger" to addictive behavior, and the possibility of subsequent expression and emotional filling to achieve positive change in this behavior.

Abstract:

V tejto práci sa venujeme možnostiam odhaliť a uvolniť potlačené emócie použitím metódy Cesta v prevencii patologických závislostí. Zaoberáme sa charakteristikou a neuroanatómiou emócií, emočnou inteligenciou, problematikou patologických závislostí a rozdelením drog. Ďalej sa v práci venujeme jednotlivým stupňom prevencie závislosti, emočne orientovaným terapeutickým prístupom a psychoterapiám. Výskumné šetrenie terapeutických procesov metódou Cesta, zameraných na problematiku závislosti, nám v tejto práci umožní zistiť, či je možné metódou Cesta odhaliť a sprístupniť hlboko skryté, potlačené emócie, ktoré pôsobia ako „spúšťač“ k závislému správaniu, a možnosť ich následným vyjadrením a emočným naplnením dosiahnuť pozitívnu zmenu v tomto správaní.
