Development Trends of Contractual Process
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá procesem uzavírání smluv a změnami, které vyplynuly z nové právní úpravy. Věnuje se také předsmluvní odpovědnosti a ochraně slabší smluvní strany. Text doplňuje historický vývoj kontraktace a komparace se slovenskou právní úpravou. Práce identifikuje některé problematické oblasti a navrhuje jejich řešení v aplikační praxi.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the process of contracting and the changes resulting from the new legislation. It also focuses on pre-contractual liability and the protection of the weaker party. The text is complemented by the description of the historical development of contract and the comparison of Czech and Slovak legislation.
