Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá koncepty a způsoby měření angažovanosti a oddanosti pracovníků ve farmaceutické společnosti GR, s.r.o. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření a polostrukturovaného rozhovoru s následným statistickým zpracováním včetně deskriptivní statistiky a testů relativní četnosti dává náhled na současnou míru angažovanosti a oddanosti vybraného vzorku pracovníků GR, s.r.o. Tato práce poukazuje na důležitost těchto hodnot u pracovníků a hledá možnosti jejich dalšího rozvoje. V teoretické části jsou nastíněny základní pojmy, které souvisí s angažovaností a oddaností pracovníků, a dále jsou zde zmíněny faktory, které celý tento proces bezprostředně ovlivňují, a kterým by měli zaměstnavatelé věnovat náležitou pozornost. Závěr této práce je věnován možným návrhům řešení pro další využití potenciálu a zefektivnění procesu zvyšování míry angažovanosti a oddanosti pracovníků ve farmaceutické společnosti GR, s.r.o.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with concepts and methods of measuring the engagement and dedication of employees in the pharmaceutical company GR, s.r.o. Using a questionnaire survey and a semi-standardized interview with subsequent statistical processing, including descriptive statistics and statistic methods, it gives an insight into the current level of engagement and dedication of a selected sample of employees of GR, s.r.o. This thesis points out the importance of the employee engagement and seeks opportunities for their further development. The theoretical part outlines the basic concepts related to the engagement and dedication of employees and also mentions the factors that directly affect the whole process and to which employers should pay due attention. The conclusion of this work is devoted to possible solutions for further use of the potential and streamlining the process of increasing the level of engagement and dedication of employees in the pharmaceutical company GR, s.r.o.
