Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá řešením problému okružních jízd dané firmy pomocí matematických metod. Zjišťuje, zda je na pravidelných trasách prostor pro případnou optimalizaci systému. Je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí – teoreticko-metodologická část a aplikační část. Teoretická část práce obsahuje popis hlavních pojmů, které je důležité vymezit před aplikací matematických metod v části aplikační. Mezi vymezené pojmy patří – logistika, doprava, silniční doprava, operační výzkum, metody operačního výzkumu. Samotná aplikační část obsahuje představení společnosti Bohemia speed, s. r. o., informace o zboží a vozovém parku společnosti a aplikace metod operačního výzkumu, konkrétně se jedná o Clarke-Wrightovu metodu, Mayerovu metodu a modifikovanou Vogelovu aproximační metodu. Pomocí CW metody bylo dosaženo nového návrhu okružních tras, kde došlo ke snížení nákladů na pohonné hmoty.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with solving the distribution routing problem of the company using mathematical methods. Determines whether there is room for possible system optimization on regular routes. It is divided into two main parts - theoretical and methodological part and application part. The theoretical part of the thesis contains a description of the main concepts that are important to define before the application of mathematical methods in the application part. The defined terms include - logistics, transport, road transport, operations research, methods of operations research. The application part itself contains an introduction to the company Bohemia speed, s. r. o., Information about the company's goods and vehicle fleet and the application of operational research methods, namely the Clarke-Wright method, the Mayer method, and the modified Vogel approximation method. Using the CW method, a new design of circular routes was achieved, where fuel costs were reduced.
