Measurement systems analysis optimalization

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou systému měření na reálném procesu v podniku WITTE Nejdek, spol. s r.o. Cílem práce je zanalyzovat současný systém měření v podniku a stanovit, zda je systém měření přijatelný a navrhnout optimalizaci. Pro ověření a porovnání vypočtených výsledků metodou průměru a rozpětí v programu Microsoft Excel je systém měření analyzován i v programu Minitab. V práci dochází také k porovnání další možných metod určených pro výpočet opakovatelnosti a reprodukovatelnosti (metoda rozpětí, analýzy rozptylu).

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the measurement systems analysis on a real process in the company WITTE Nejdek, spol. s r.o. The objective of the thesis is to analyse the current measurement system in the company and determine whether the measurement system is acceptable and suggest optimalization. To verify and compare the calculated results using the average and range method in Microsoft Excel is the measurement system also analysed in Minitab software. In this thesis there is also a comparison of other possible methods for calculation of repeatability and reproducibility (range method, analysis of variance).
