Předmětem této bakalářské práce je nalezení a testování způsobu, jakým je možné využít heuristiku ukotvení v podnikové praxi. The subject of this bachelor's thesis is to find and test a way in which the anchoring heuristic can be used in business practise. The theoretical part defines anchoring heuristic, fluency, their connection to dual process theory and effect of anchoring heuristic on willingness to pay.
