Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce vznikla za účelem porovnání vnímání žen na manažerských pozicích napříč kulturami. Teoretická část práce se zabývá pohledem na ženy manažerky a jejich efektivitu. Dále objasňuje genderovou stereotypizaci a její měření. Praktická část práce se zaměřuje na stereotypy, kterým ženy na manažerských pozicích musí čelit v konkrétních zemích. The purpose of this master’s thesis is to compare female managers across cultures. The theoretical part focuses on the perception of women managers and their effectiveness. Furthermore, there is explained gender stereotyping and its measurement is explained.
