My bachelor thesis is about life space of seniors in the Europe and in the Czech Republic. This text brings up the information about function of a space in social sciences and about a.k.a. spatial turn. I integrate this life space later into urban and rural districts, in which I examine, how environment of seniors affects their life and their life satisfaction. Moja bakalárska práca sa zaoberá životným priestorom seniorov v Európea v Českej republike. Text predkladá informácie o úlohe priestoru v sociálnych vedách a o tzv. priestorovom obrate. Tento životný priestor zasadzujem neskôr do mestských a vidieckych oblastí, kde skúmam ako ovplyvňuje životy seniorov a ich spokojnosť so životom.
