Diplomová práca pojednáva o mentoringu ako metodickej podpore učiteľov na základných a stredných školách v Zlínskom kraji. Vo svojej teoretickej časti sa venuje učiteľstvu ako profesíi, definuje osobnosť učiteľa a načrtáva aj otázku profesijného štandardu. Abstract:
The diploma thesis represents mentoring as a methodological support of teachers from elementary and secondary schools in the Zlin region. The theoretical part focuses on teaching as a profession; it defines personality of a teacher and also draws out a question of the professional standard.
