Influence of silage additives and harvesting technology on biogenic amine content in alfalfa silage

Abstract:

Maloparcelkové pokusy byly založeny na dvou stanovištích. Pokusy byly zakládány v roce 2013, rok 2014 byl prvním užitkovým rokem. V této práci byly vyhodnoceny výsledky z užitkových let 2015 a 2016. Pro pokusy byl využit porost vojtěšky seté (Medicago sativa L.) odrůda Jarka. Porost byl sklízen na počátku butonizace.V rámci experimentu byl sledován vliv technologie sklizně (použitý konzervant, zavadání, kontaminace zeminou) na výslednou kvalitu siláží a obsah biogenních aminů. V pokusu byly hodnoceny živinové parametry: hrubý protein, hrubá vláknina, acido detergentní vláknina (ADF), neutro detergentní vláknina (NDF), tuk a popel. Pro vyhodnocení fermentačních ukazatelů byly provedeny analýzy amoniaku, pH, kyseliny mléčné, octové, propionové, máselné, obsah alkoholu a stupeň proteolýzy. Byly hodnoceny biogenní aminy: spermin, spermidin, cadaverin, putrescin, histamin a tyramin. Použití silážního aditiva pozitivně ovlivnilo parametry fermentačního procesu a obsah cadaverinu. U vzorků s vyšší sušinou byl zaznamenán vyšší obsah popelovin a NDF. Zavadání mělo pozitivní efekt na snížení cadaverinu a histaminu. U kontaminovaných vzorků byl vyšší obsah popelovin, tuku a nižší obsah spermidinu.

Abstract:

Small plot experiments were based on two places. Experiments were established in 2013. The first useful year was in 2014. In this work were evaluated from the utility years 2015 and 2016. For the experiments was used the crop of alfalfa (Medicago sativa L.) variety Jarka. The crop was harvested at the beginning of the butonization.The effect of harvesting technology (used preservative, wilting, soil contamination) on the was investigated fresulting silage quality and biogenic amine content. Nutrient parameters were evaluated in the experiment: crude protein, crude fiber, acid-detergent fiber (ADF), neutral-detergent fiber (NDF), fat and ash. Analysis were performed to evaluate fermentation parameters (ammonia, pH, lactic acid, acetic acid, propionic acid, butyric acid, alcohol and proteolysis). Biogenic amines were evaluated: spermine, spermidine, cadaverine, putrescine, histamine and tyramine. The use of silage additive positively influenced the parameters of the fermentation process and cadaverine content. Samples with higher dry matter contained more ash and NDF. Wilting positively influenced the content of cadaverine and histamine. Contaminated samples had higher ash, fat and spermidine content.
