Abstract:

CHAROUZOVÁ, Aneta. Ošetřovatelský proces u pacienta s plicní tuberkulózou. Bakalářská práce. Vysoká škola zdravotnická, 2024. Tématem bakalářské práce je Ošetřovatelský proces u dospělého pacienta s plicní tuberkulózou. V první kapitole se práce věnuje tuberkulóze jako onemocnění s definováním tuberkulózy jako takové, epidemiologii s důrazem na data v České republice, patogenezi onemocnění, prevenci a také formám tuberkulózy. Dále jsou také rozebrána základní diagnostická a léčebná schémata plicní tuberkulózy. Ve druhé kapitole se práce věnuje specifikům ošetřovatelské procesu u pacientů s plicní tuberkulózou v kontextu legislativního rámce a specifikům péče o nemocné v izolačním prostředí. Třetí část práce je tvořena ošetřovatelským procesem dle koncepčního modelu Marjory Gordon a následně jsou sestaveny ošetřovatelské diagnózy dle NANDA taxonomie II. Tato část práce popisuje průběh hospitalizace u pacienta s plicní tuberkulózou, přičemž zahrnuje ošetřovatelskou anamnézu, ošetřovatelské diagnózy, plán ošetřovatelské péče s vytyčením cílů a jejich dosažení. Dvě z definovaných ošetřovatelských diagnóz jsou posléze detailně rozebrány. V závěru práce jsou popsána doporučení pro praxi.

CHAROUZOVÁ, Aneta. Ošetřovatelský proces u pacienta s plicní tuberkulózou. Bakalářská práce. Vysoká škola zdravotnická, 2024. The topic of the bachelor's thesis is the nursing process in an adult patient with pulmonary tuberculosis. In the first chapter, the thesis deal with tuberculosis as a disease with the definition of tuberculosis, epidemiology with an emphasis on data in the Czech Republic, disease pathogenesis, prevention and forms of tuberculosis. Furthermore, basic diagnostic and treatment schemes for pulmonary tuberculosis are also discussed. In the second chapter, the thesis deals with the specifics of the nursing process for patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in the context of the legislative framework and the specifics of caring for patients in an isolation environment. The third part of the work is made up of the nursing process according to Marjory Gordon’s conceptual model and then nursing diagnoses according to NANDA taxonomy II are compiled. This part of the thesis describes the course of hospitalization for a patient with pulmonary tuberculosis, including the nursing history, nursing diagnoses, nursing care plan with the setting of goals and their achievement. Two of the defined nursing diagnoses are then analyzed in detail. Recommendations for practice are described at the end of the thesis.
