Comparative analysis of 4 internet reservation systems from the perspective of the user

Abstract:

AKULAVA, Tatsiana. Komparativní analýza 4 internetových rezervačních systémů z hlediska uživatele. [Bakalářská práce] Vysoka škola hotelová. Praha: 2016. 66 stran. Cílem bakalářské práce je porovnat 4 vybrané internetové rezervační systémy, zjistit jaké jsou podmínky, výhody a nevýhody při jejich využití ze strany uživatele. Stanovím v práci 2 hypotézy. Metody, které při zpracování práce používám, jsou analýza, komparace, dotazníkové šetření a rozhovor. Na základě těchto metod podrobné prozkoumám každý systém a zjistím, v čím je každý systém dobrý, jaké by tam mohl najít výhody pro sebe každý uživatel a na co by měl dávat pozor pro bezbariérové rezervace. A v závěru jsem udělala výsledek, že rezervační systémy fungují na podobném principu a jenom se liší v jejich zaměřenosti na konkrétní klientelu nebo v rozsahu poskytovaných služeb.

Abstract:

AKULAVA, Tatsiana. Comparative Analysis of 4 Internet Reservation Systems from the Perspective of the User. [Bachelor’s Dissertation] Institute of Hospitality Management. Prague: 2016. 66 pages. The aim of the work is to compare four selected Internet rezervation systems, to find out what are their conditions, advantages and disadvantages for the user. I use two hypotheses in the work. For the methods I choose the analysis, comparison, questionnaire and interview. On the basis of these methods i try to examine detaily every system and find out in which way each system is good, what benefits every user might find for himself in using every of these reservation systems and which conditions users should keep for barier-free reservations. In the end as a result of my work, I concluded that reservation systems operate on a similar principle and differ only in their fokus on specific clients or the extent of services provided.
