Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem celoživotního učení sociálních pedagogů. The diploma thesis deals with the lifelong learning of social pedagogues. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the current concept of the social pedagogue’s profession, describes different theories of learning, introduces the concept of lifelong learning and workplace learning and presents findings of the lifelong learning of the social pedagogues.
