Abstract:
Cílem této práce je porovnat českou a izraelskou národní a pracovní kulturu a představit doporučení vedoucí ke zmírnění kulturního šoku Čechů imigrujících do Izraele. The goal of this thesis is to compare Czech and Israeli national and work culture and to make recommendations leading to the reduction of culture shock experienced by Czechs immigrating to Israel.
