Buňky mají schopnost rozpoznávat tuhost prostředí, na jehož povrchu rostou a vyvíjejí se. Jejich schopnost pociťovat tuhost extracelulární matrice je důležitá pro buněčné procesy včetně migrace buněk, diferenciace a proliferace. Abstract:
Cells have the ability to recognize the stiffness of the surface, they grow and interact on. Their ability to feel the extracellular matrix stiffness is important for cellular processes including cell migration, differentiation and proliferation.
