Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá významem brýlové korekce na ortoptických cvičebnách. Je zde představen postnatální vývoj oka, jeho zrakové ostrosti, jednoduchého binokulárního vidění a změn v refrakci oka. Navazuje kapitola popisující refrakční vady včetně jejich klasifikace. V další kapitole se pojednává o cykloplegikách, jejich používání a jednotlivých zástupcích. Poslední kapitola čtenáři přibližuje brýlovou korekci. Jsou uvedeny brýlové obruby, standardní brýlové čočky, dále E-line a defokusační čočky, prizmatická skla, Fresnelovy fólie a Bangerterovy filtry.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the importance of glasses correction in an orthoptic ambulance. There is introduced the postnatal development of the eye, its visual acuity, simple binocular vision and changes in eye refraction. The next chapter discusses refractive errors, including their classification. Another chapter deals with cycloplegics, their uses and individual variants. The final chapter familiarizes the reader with eyeglass correction. It covers eyeglasses frames, standard lenses, as well as E-line and defocus lenses, prism glasses, Fresnel foils and Bangerter filters.
