Tato diplomová práce pojednává o problematice dvojí kvality zboží, a to zejména ve světle novely směrnice Evropského parlamentu a Rady 2005/29/ES, o nekalých obchodních praktikách vůči spotřebitelům na vnitřním trhu. This thesis deals with the issue of Dual Quality of Goods, especially in the light of the amendment of the Directive 2005/29/EC of the European Parliament and Council, concerning unfair business-to-consumer commercial practices in the internal market.
