Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice daně z nabytí nemovitých věcí jak na teoretické, tak praktické úrovni. Důraz byl dán na změny v této dani v posledních pěti letech a dopady těchto změn jsou popsány z pohledu všech subjektů, kterých se týkají.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of property transfer tax on both theoretical and practical levels. Emphasis has been placed on changes in this tax over the last five years, and the effects of these changes are described from the perspective of all stakeholders.
